Leadership Track
Requirements & Application
The leadership track is selective and requires demonstrated maturity and calling.
Initial Application
Submit written application including personal testimony, calling statement, and leadership philosophy.
Character References
Provide references from Group leader, mentor, and close friends who can speak to your character and calling.
Leadership Interview
Extended interview with multiple Table members covering theology, character, calling, and leadership readiness.
Final Decision
The Table makes final decisions based on all information, looking for clear evidence of calling and readiness.
Application Process
Time Commitment
- 5-7 hours per week of study and reading
- Weekly leadership seminars (2 hours)
- Monthly one-on-one mentorship (1 hour)
- Practical ministry responsibilities (varies)
- Full year commitment required
Prerequisites
- Active Valley Group member for at least 6 months
- Regular Summit attendance and engagement
- Demonstrated servant leadership in Valley community
- Recommendation from current Group leader
- Evidence of spiritual maturity and biblical knowledge
