Valley Leadership
Led by The Table
Valley is led by qualified men who have demonstrated biblical character, theological maturity, and pastoral heart through years of faithful service. Leadership is earned through fruit and faithfulness, not popularity or availability.
William Hamilton
Teaching Leader & Vision Bearer
William Hamilton serves as Valley’s founder and primary teaching leader. He delivers the main teaching at Summit gatherings and leads The Table alongside his wife Rayssa. Will mentors emerging leaders and carries the vision for forming disciples who will shape churches and cities for generations.
Jonah Galobardi
Shepherd of Fellowship & Discipleship
Jonah serves as shepherd of fellowship and discipleship, overseeing all Groups to ensure every member finds their place in the body. He focuses on the relational and formational aspects of Valley’s mission, helping people grow through life-on-life discipleship.
Micheal Davis
Chairman & Alternate Teacher
Micheal Davis serves as alternate teaching leader and chairman of The Table, bringing order to Valley’s gatherings and serving wherever there is need. As chairman, he helps facilitate The Table’s weekly meetings for prayer, counsel, and shepherding decisions.
The Table
Our Core Leadership
The established members of The Table who provide primary leadership for Valley’s mission.
Daniel Gomez
Auditor and Table Secretary
(Probationary Member)
Daniel serves as Valley’s auditor in a probationary capacity, bringing accountability and fresh eyes to The Table’s stewardship of resources and decisions. He carries over the branding and voice of Valley across all platforms and media.
Colton Elliott
Ventures Director and Campus Manager (Probationary Member)
Colton serves as the Ventures Leader and Campus Manager at Valley, where his heart for people and passion for building lasting impact come together. With a foundation rooted in nearly 1,000 hours of community service and a life shaped by faith, Colton leads with purpose, excellence, and a deep desire to see others grow into who God created them to be.
Leadership Under Development
Valley invests in emerging leaders through probationary roles that combine real responsibility with careful mentorship. These positions allow younger men to serve The Table while learning wisdom from seasoned leadership, proving their calling, and developing the character necessary for future eldership in Christ’s church.
Rayssa Hamilton
Women’s Ministry and Counseling
Rayssa leads Valley’s women’s ministry across all groups, providing vision and oversight for the spiritual formation of women throughout the community. She partners with her husband Will in ministry while focusing on discipling women in biblical womanhood.
Kayla Galobardi
Women’s Discipleship
Kayla works alongside her husband Jonah to oversee women’s discipleship across all Valley Groups. She focuses on helping women grow closer to God through Scripture, prayer, and life-on-life mentoring, ensuring every woman finds her place in the body and develops in spiritual maturity.
Alexa Meyer
Social Media and Ventures
Alexa serves Valley through social media management and event planning coordination. She focuses her gifts on digital outreach and helping organize Ventures and special events that strengthen community bonds and welcome newcomers into the Valley family.
Our Women's Team
Valley’s women serve with strength and faithfulness, modeling biblical womanhood for the next generation. They lead our women’s discipleship efforts, ensuring every woman in our community grows in grace and godliness according to God’s design.
Rooted in Biblical Foundation
At Valley, we believe Scripture gives us clear direction on who should lead God’s people. We hold to the qualifications in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 for leadership roles. We use these biblical standards to identify and select faithful men who can shepherd our community boldly and humbly, honoring God.
Temperate & Self-Controlled
Leaders exercise discipline over their appetites, emotions, and impulses. They’re not given to excess in drinking, eating, spending, or entertainment, but live with biblical moderation.
Able to Teach
Leaders must articulate biblical truth clearly and apply Scripture to life situations. This isn’t just for formal teachers but for anyone shepherding others.
Above Reproach
Leaders must have unquestionable character, living lives that honor Christ both publicly and privately. At Valley, this means consistent integrity in all relationships, financial dealings, and personal conduct.
Not Quarrelsome
Leaders pursue unity and peace, addressing disagreement with grace and truth rather than creating division or drama.
Manages Household Well
Married leaders must lead their families faithfully. Their children should be respectful and well-disciplined, proving their ability to shepherd God’s family.
Faithful in Marriage
If married, leaders must be devoted to one wife, modeling biblical marriage through sacrificial love and covenant faithfulness. Single leaders must demonstrate sexual purity and appropriate boundaries.
Respectable & Hospitable
Leaders maintain dignity while warmly welcoming others. Their homes and lives are open to the Valley family, reflecting the hospitality of the kingdom.
Not Violent but Gentle
Leaders resolve conflict through biblical wisdom, not force or manipulation. They’re firm when necessary but always redemptive in approach.
Not a Lover of Money
Leaders demonstrate contentment and generosity, using resources for kingdom purposes rather than personal accumulation.
Not a Recent Convert
Leaders need spiritual maturity that comes through time, testing, and proven faithfulness. New believers, however gifted, need seasoning before leading others.
Good Reputation with Outsiders
Leaders must be respected in their workplaces, neighborhoods, and communities, demonstrating that their faith produces genuine character.
Valley's Application
At Valley, we consider these the key qualifications that demonstrate readiness for leadership in our community:
Cultural Alignment
Leaders must embrace Valley’s vision for long-term discipleship, biblical gender roles, and comprehensive cultural engagement. They understand we’re building covenant family, not running programs.
Pastoral Heart
Our leaders combine theological precision with pastoral care, shepherding the flock with both truth and grace. They know their people personally and care for souls, not just manage programs.
Theological Precision
Leaders must affirm our Statement of Faith without reservation and demonstrate ability to think biblically about contemporary issues. They understand our covenantal framework and can explain why we believe what we believe.
Proven Faithfulness
Leadership is earned through years of demonstrated spiritual fruit, theological maturity, and servant leadership. We watch for consistency in church attendance, group participation, financial giving, and personal discipleship.
Teaching Clarity
Even non-teaching leaders must articulate truth clearly. As we say, “giftedness is nothing without gravity.” They can handle Scripture accurately and apply it wisely to real-life situations.
Sacrificial Service
Valley leaders understand that authority exists for service. They lead by example, bearing burdens, making sacrifices, and putting the good of others before their own comfort.
