Leadership Profiles
Meet Our Leadership
Meet the men and women who shepherd Valley’s mission of raising disciples through in-depth biblical teaching and genuine community.
William Hamilton
Will is married to Rayssa Hamilton, who leads Valley’s women’s ministry. Together they shepherd Valley while modeling biblical marriage for the community.
He currently owns and operates two companies and serves as an essential part of a non-profit working in Africa. Will’s self-taught theological journey has equipped him with both academic depth and practical ministry wisdom. And he plans to pursue seminary education for his pastoral training.
His teaching combines theological rigor with pastoral warmth, believing deep doctrine and genuine relationships must go hand in hand.
Fun fact: He wants his own studio for music production for Valley.

Teaching & Formation
As the primary teacher at Summit gatherings, Will delivers theological yet accessible teaching that works through Scripture systematically while addressing contemporary issues through biblical categories. His teaching style reflects Valley’s core philosophy: “Presbyterian in liturgy, Puritan in preaching, Orthodox in reverence, but Southern in friendship.” He combines theological precision with pastoral warmth, making deep doctrine understandable without dumbing it down.
Leading by Example
Together with his wife Rayssa, Will models biblical marriage and household leadership while mentoring emerging leaders through Valley’s year-long development track. His vision extends beyond creating a young adult experience to forming disciples who will shape churches and cities for generations to come.
Counsel & Prayer
Will leads The Table through prayer, counsel, and unified direction, serving as a guardian of souls who will give account to the Chief Shepherd. He upholds biblical qualifications for leadership while maintaining the relational warmth that marks Valley’s culture.
