Leadership Development

Leadership Track for Kingdom Impact

Valley’s leadership development track is a comprehensive program for those called to greater responsibility in the movement and the broader Kingdom. Leadership is earned through fruit and faithfulness, not popularity.

Valley's Leadership Philosophy

Our approach to leadership development is rooted in biblical principles and focused on long-term character formation, not quick advancement.

Character First

Leadership begins with godly character. We develop leaders who embody the gospel in their personal lives before taking on public ministry.

Theological Depth

Leaders must be grounded in sound doctrine and able to teach others. Our track includes rigorous theological education and mentorship.

Proven Faithfulness

Leadership is earned through demonstrated faithfulness in small things. We look for those who serve consistently without recognition.

Phase 1: Foundation (Months 1-3)

Character Assessment & Formation

The track begins with a thorough assessment of spiritual maturity, character, and calling, followed by intensive character formation work.

• Personal spiritual assessment
• 360-degree character evaluation
• Personal discipleship plan development
• Accountability relationships established

Phase 2: Education (Months 4-8)

Theological & Leadership Education

Intensive theological education combined with practical leadership training, including the required reading program and mentorship relationships.

  • Complete required reading program
  • Weekly leadership seminars
  • One-on-one mentorship with Table member
